The company is a major technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing & financial service conglomerate with global operations.
Client Requirement’s: (Soft Skill Trainer)
While doing the inter-department performance appraisal the project manager suggested the line and the HR Manager that they have identified gaps within the team. In order to fill this gap and move to the next level performance they would need an external consultant cum trainer to coach their shop floor & engineering team.
The company was looking for a seasoned soft skill facilitator for their shop floor engineers which needed grooming on personality/ communication areas.
Solution Provided by ARVI:
ARVI team had discussions with the business head of the Automation division and the learning and development team about the session plan and expectation. We designed a workshop which covered below topics to have effective deliverables aligning with business annual targets / goals.
Success of the workshop :
The participants, who were mostly engineers at the shop floor, found this workshop to be an eye-opener as their overall understanding of soft skills had increased. SWOT analysis, Self-starter, Proactiveness, Empathetic were few of the topics which were very well received by the participants.
